COVID-19 Policy

Dear guests,

At Hotel V we care about our guest and staff’s health and safety.
We’d like to assure you that the COVID-19 situation is taken as a serious matter although we stay calm and positive towards the current pandemic.

Following the government’s recommendations, we have established:

  • Hands disinfection station available at the front desk entrance.
  • Installation of posters in public washrooms reminding good hygiene practices to limit the spread.
  • All our employees are trained and aware of the methods to apply for your safety and theirs.
  • We will therefore ask you to keep 2 meters of distance with everyone else.
  • The Spa, Sauna, Gym, all relaxation areas as well as our Rumeur restaurant, remain closed for the moment.

If your stay at the hotel lasts a few days, you can contact the front desk to empty your trash can and recycling bin, you need to put them outside your room and we will make sure to empty and clean them. If you need anything during your stay, it will be possible for you to contact the reception by dialing "0" from the room phone. We will always be at your service; however, we will limit contact as much as possible.

In addition to our usual cleaning practices, we are proactively increasing our cleaning activities for our rooms and common areas. As usual, on each departure we open the windows to ventilate the room and for the safety of our cleaning staff, we will do the cleaning 24 hours after your departure.

On the other hand, if you plan to make a long stay (for example moving, etc.), we can plan together a schedule for cleaning, and we will provide the necessary security measures for all.

The doors leading to the outside and the handles will be washed even more regularly.

Our usual standards for the health and hygiene of our establishment is significantly raised.
Our flexible cancellation policy is particularly reassuring in this period of uncertainty since it allows you to cancel a reservation until 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival. (Exception of non-cancellable, non-refundable offers).

Reservations via a third-party: for reservations made on an online booking platform (ex. Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) or third-party travel professionals, please contact them directly - we have informed these companies of our cancellation policy and you must refer to their terms and conditions.

Groups and meeting bookings: we will work closely with our customers to manage any necessary changes on a case-by-case basis. We want to support our customers and meet the needs of each group, to postpone events to a later date in accordance with the general conditions of each booking. Please contact us to discuss it.

Finally, we at Hotel V; a proud Quebec company established for 30 years, would like to thank you for your support in these difficult times for everyone.
